Deeper Understanding
This workshop will enable you to gain a clearer understanding of meditation, ritual, summoning and working with guides and Angels.
It is designed to take you to a deeper space through three levels, from introductory to an advanced method of practicing.
It is different to most other forms of workshops as all 3 levels are conducted in a live environment; you will be learning while participating in rituals, journeying work or healing.
The most challenging thing you will have to master is that of the self...and letting go.
As it is very much a practical hands on workshop with little formal teaching or intellectual engagement, it will enable you to focus on gaining the greatest amount of knowledge and experience from the one day.
It seeks to explain the rules of engagement and examines, among other things, the protocol of the spirit world.
Some of the things covered are the following:
- The purpose of meditation;
- Preparing your space;
- Preparing the body;
- Setting your altar;
- Grounding;
- Protection;
- Breathing;
- Opening up & calling in;
- The Healing (Energy adjustment and balancing) of the self
and others;
- Key powerful words and how to use them;
- Angels, Forces and Powers;
- Understanding the power of the ritual.
